They have always been really helpful.

Generally good.

I’ve never had any problems contacting them and always received good service and information. Their website works well and keeps me up to date with new offers. The only disappointment was the charges made foe renewing my mortgage with them. I felt they were excessive considering I was a loyal customer. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

The people's champions

I have personally always had a great experience with Leek and they have always looked after me, whether that be keeping me up to date (but not flooded me with letters, adverts and the likes) They have always been lovely on the phone, a proper person, family run business vibe and speaking to me in normal terms without confusing jargon.
