Standing out in front...!!!

I have four buy to let mortgages with the Leek. The application process was very simple, with advise all the way. It is also so simple at renewal time, everything is taken care of and any questions answered promptly. I have had experiences with many lenders, but the Leek United stands out in front of them all. Great experience over a 2 year mortgage deal. Good support over the phone, don't wait long and always speak to a person who is happy to help. Only improvement to suggest is that setting up an online account took ages with postal passwords. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

Fixed mortgage

Great customer service but no online account!

Easy process when applying for our first mortgage, although the lack of online account and reliance on the UK postal system, meant our first mortgage payment didn’t go through. Luckily the customer service was fantastic and helped us sort things out, but really if we’d been able to submit our bank details online we wouldn’t have had any issues. Excellent experience via a broker
