Impressive Mortgage process

The mortgage process went well, in particular the valuation was done quite quickly. The mortgage advisor was very helpful, in fact during the process when I was abroad she made sure she contacted me on the temporary number I gave her. However, my only frustration was after the valuation when I was told everything was ok, it took a while for the team to officially confirm/ send docs over to me. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024

Leek Mortgage Agreement for First Time Buyers

We had a very positive experience when applying and being approved for our mortgage. Leek were excellent throughout the whole process and provided top quality customer service. Buy to let

Wanted a buy to let mortgage, provided the necessary information however we were not accepted, then we provided the same information to natwest and were accepted immediately. We had been working on this project for the last 10 years and at the end we were a small amount of money short. After securing a loan with natwest we were left with a property worth 1.2 million pounds with a mortgage of £100,000 paying £3000 per in rent per month.
