Excellent Service

My mortgage is a fixed rate for 5 years, from the start of the process Leek have been supportive, easy and excellent to deal with. I have access online to information and on the occasions where I have needed to discuss things the staff have been very easy and professional to deal with. Leek took a very commercial view when I placed my mortgage as my income was not straightforward being a mix of pensions and salary. I am grateful for their help and support at what was a stressful time having been recently widowed when I placed the mortgage. Reviewed on: 19th January 2026

Excellent re-mortgage offer

When my 5-yr mortgage deal with Leek ran out last year they gave me an excellent deal on another 5 year option. I compared this to other providers but none could match the Leek offer. Reviewed on: 19th January 2026

I am self employed - new mortgage

I am self employed so getting a mortgage - can prove challenging. I was recommended to us the Leek BS and they have been so helpful. I am lucky in able to pay additional funds off my mortgage each month. As this is no a set amount.I call each month. Every member of the customer service team have been good at taking the extra payment - logging it and immeadiately giving me a new end of month balance. Reviewed on: 19th January 2026
