Leek has been a breath of fresh air for us!

Leek has been a breath of fresh air for us! They take the time to really listen to our specific situation at a human level and the advice and products they put forward are, and have always been, perfectly targeted to our needs. Their approach has never been one of a commodity sales approach, one size fits all, instead I feel like we get a tailored solution just for us. I know that they have their products to sell but it just doesn't come across that way in every interaction I've had with them over the last 10 years or so with them. Reviewed on: 19th January 2026

Always received excellent service from Leek Building...

Always received excellent service from Leek Building Society. They found me a mortgage which allows me to borrow against a property which I let out to my daughter and her son. They are always there if I need to chat about anything including the term of the mortgage and they are open to extending the term if necessary. Reviewed on: 19th January 2026

Excellent Service

My mortgage is a fixed rate for 5 years, from the start of the process Leek have been supportive, easy and excellent to deal with. I have access online to information and on the occasions where I have needed to discuss things the staff have been very easy and professional to deal with. Leek took a very commercial view when I placed my mortgage as my income was not straightforward being a mix of pensions and salary.
