Fabulous service from St Edward Street Branch

I opened my 2nd savings account with Leek United yesterday and the service was second to none. The transaction was seamless and I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

Exceptional customer service

The exceptional customer service when you go in branch really helps you make good decisions on which accounts to choose. Staff are well informed and friendly. The best branch in town cos it's the only branch!

I love that Leek BS has a branch in my local town. All the other banks/building societies have closed their branches. They still provide us with a savings book that reflects what we deposit or withdraw. I like it that way. And I get a decent interest rate which I appreciate. The staff are friendly and helpful.
