Fabulous service from St Edward Street Branch

I opened my 2nd savings account with Leek United yesterday and the service was second to none. The transaction was seamless and I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

I have been a saver for many years.

I have been a saver for many years. I divorced from my first wife and forgot about the small sum left in my passbook. 37 years later without any undue fuss ( had to prove it was me and that I am alive!) my account was made live again and interest added. A new customer account.

Initially went into the Derby Branch to open a savings account. I have never used this building society but I am glad I did. While only a small building the staff were friendly & chatty not just about savings. The lady said I could do my banking online, but it was nice when people popped in. I thought that was a nice touch. Keep the good customer service up, it didn't go unnoticed.... Reviewed on: 20th January 2025
