A good product on the street..

I value having a local building society, that is known to the area, and know their customers, and when not busy will have chat to you has they know you personally, which makes you feel valued. Also they discuss products that they feel will be of interest or a better deal. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

The staff are always friendly and efficient.

The staff are always friendly and efficient. The only reason I rated the service good rather than excellent is that the branch is only open in mornings. I can understand the need to cut costs in a small branch though. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

Knowledgeable and local

The staff are very knowledgeable on their savings products, they listened to my needs and recommended the most suitable account. The interest rates are competitive but not the highest on the market, however, with the company being local and branch - based I am happy to remain with Leek United. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025
