Great range of services

We use Leek Building Society for all our savings. After consulting with the staff at their Hanley Branch we were confident in our ISA planing. All the staff have excellent product knowledge and what makes this building society special is that they all make you feel welcome and valued as a customer. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

Savings team saves the day!

My two savings products were due to mature around the same time that I was out of the country. Bruce from the savings team sorted everything out for me via email and through my leek online account. It was a great service which saved me from flying home to get the paperwork. Nothing was too much trouble. Well done to the savings team! Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

Excellent service and rates

I have had a regular saver account for over ten years. Iccasionally I have had to contact their help people with queries (NOT issues!) and they have been invariably helpful and welcoming. Their interest rates have alkso been highly competitive over that period. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025
