Leek Building Society was there for me when my dear...

Leek Building Society was there for me when my dear mother passed away, by helping me as a Beneficiary to my mother's Will. I was initially unwilling to accept or take my Inheritance because I felt that spending the money when take away all the precious memories that I had of my mother. Their Customer Service staff provided me with a safe confidential space and time in which to decide on various ways of saving in which to keep my late mother's memory alive. I wouldn't have been able to have dealt with the early days of my mother's bereavement without the caring and compassionate Leek Building Society staff Reviewed on: 24th March 2024

There was time when I was 16 years old....

I have been with the Leek Building Society since I was sixteen years old and began my first job. I earned £4 a week. Every Monday lunch-time I would go into the Building Society and pay in £1. The next job I got paid me £9 per week and so I would save a little more out of this. At the time I was able to buy my first flat I had just saved £1,000.00 and the deposit was £500. I have had an account with the Leek Building Society for 59 years and have found them to be helpful, courteous, supportive and very much focused on how they can benefit their customers. Very friendly, efficient, great staff. Need a couple of downlights on in the windows area when you are open as you cannot see it's opening when you walk past. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2024
