Fabulous service from St Edward Street Branch

I opened my 2nd savings account with Leek United yesterday and the service was second to none. The transaction was seamless and I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

Wonderful staff

Staff are always helpful, polite and professional. Information is forthcoming and explained well. I particularly like that pass books are still used in addition to online banking and I have recently moved savings accounts into Keek BS. They are the local friendly face for financial advic...

They are the local friendly face for financial advice and support, great for savings and excellent mortgage deals, I recommend them to family and friends who are also happy with the service. Dan is our local branch manager, he and the ladies in our branch know their customers by name and always have a smile for us when we go in. They support local community charity events, provide a friendly chat for the elderly, are open Monday to Saturday and are very accessible, plus the recent refurbishment of branch shows how invested the building society is in continuing to provide their services to our area Reviewed on: 20th March 2024
