I have always had positive experiences with Leek United Building Society. Friendly, efficient and helpful customer service. Lots of financial services available. Local business adds greatly to our town's trade. Often seen supporting causes and sponsoring local sports clubs. Reviewed on: 20th February 2024

Staff at Cheadle Branch so very friendly. It means a lot to actually talk to a person not a computer. When my mortgage runs out with Natwest next year i will apply for a new one with the Cheadle Branch . Reviewed on: 20th February 2024

Great products & friendly service.

I opened a fixed rate ISA in 2022 before the interest rates started to increase. Early in 2023, I explained that I was thinking of moving to another provider to obtain a higher rate. Leek BS were able to offer transfer to another of their fixed rate products, subject to an interest penalty. As I was on a low rate the amount paid was minimal. The process was dealt with quickly & efficiently. I have recently received my first annual interest payment, transferred automatically to my instant access account with them. More than happy to remain with Leek BS in the future - a local provider with great products & service. Reviewed on: 20th February 2024
