Fabulous service from St Edward Street Branch

I opened my 2nd savings account with Leek United yesterday and the service was second to none. The transaction was seamless and I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

Branch access

Transferred an existing ISA from another provider to a fixed term one. Couldn’t have been simpler. Helpful knowledgeable staff. Nice bright branch. Open on Saturday mornings is a bonus too. I recently opened an ISA. I found the member of staff who served me was very helpful. I was very pleased with the customer service and the interest rate. I felt that I was in safe hands and had everything clearly explained to me. Also, I received excellent service when I had to close my late husband's account. Very efficient and sympathetic service.
