Faultless Service.

Visited the Derby Street, Leek Branch on Tuesday 16th January to update pass books and to query ISA books. I was dealt with promptly, courteously and efficiently and could not fault the service I received. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024

Staff approach to customers and Branch appearance

staff are always polite, friendly and considerate of your privacy. there is a lovely feel to the branches and always tidy and clean. Also like that they make you aware of products but arent too pushy/ hard sell. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024
