Good service from well trained and helpful staff.

The Society offer good products at competetive rates and having a local office in the town is a huge bonus. Having been revamped a little while ago, it offers comfortable surroundings and is light and bright. Unlike my experiences with previous building societies and banks, there always seem to be enough staff on hand to meet customer demand. The staff are always very pleasant, and helpful and at the same time knowledgeble about the products they are dealing with. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking to save, to invest or to insure, either for the first time or is seeking to switch their accounts from an existing building society or bank. Online access.
