Best for face to face service

I use mainly 3 local branches of Leek building society and always receive a warm welcome in each. Being able to receive advice in person is very important to me as it builds trust and I have confidence in them. Being a naturally anxious person it is crucial for me to feel I am being respected as a person and not a number when dealing with my finances so I appreciate this very much. I like that I can use branches within my local area and that they are open on Saturday mornings too. Reviewed on: 5th March 2023
