Great face to face personal advise

I keep all of my savings with leek United,I do this because I appreciate the on store personal experience. I only tend to go in-store once or twice a year to renew my savings but when I do nothing is ever to much and I'm always remembered by the staff. I get great advice,feel reassured and valued and they make everything so simple . I appreciate that I can do things face to face and with help to fill forms ect and it not all being online or electronically. Great service,this is the reason I've opened opened two more savings accounts with leek this year alone. I could get better rates online but I appreciate the on store experience. Friendly and efficient

Leek Building Society is a local organisation, supporting the community (both financially and socially) but it’s main business is clearly about helping individuals (and organisations) with financial affairs. A building society that believes in the branch contact

I became a customer of Leek United BS just two years ago as they were offering one of the most competitive savings rates nationally. When many other banks and building societies have been closing branches Leek United has been refurbishing its and as a recent retiree I’m rediscovering the high street and a local branch is a much appreciated and used convenience. Good service all round

We have been with the Leek Building Society for several years having switched our account from a local bank. This proved to be a good move as we have enjoyed excellent service from day one. The staff are not only helpful and friendly but also very efficient and knowledgeable, immediately putting the customer at ease. The surroundings are comfortable and pleasant to be in and provide a much better user experience than the banks. We would have no hestitation in recommending the Leek United to anyone who was looking to either switch their account from anothr provider, or seeking to open an account for the first time. Excellent Service

Leek building society encourages my children to save by accepting money straight out of the piggy bank. We are always impressed with the way the staff treat the customers and they are very helpful when we have queries. I prefer this service to the 'machines' approach now common in banks.
