Fabulous service from St Edward Street Branch

I opened my 2nd savings account with Leek United yesterday and the service was second to none. The transaction was seamless and I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

I am very happy with Leek Building Society and have...

I am very happy with Leek Building Society and have several different savings accounts. I have one that provides me with a monthly income, an isa and an instant access savings also. These three cover my needs perfectly and their online account means I can withdraw to my regular bank account when needed. There is a branch in my town that I can also pop into if I choose. The telephone customer service is always responsive and helpful too. Truly I have no complaints snd am happy to invest my savings with Leek Bs long term. Reviewed on: 19th January 2026

Appointment booking system

Excellent customer service

I have a long history of dealing with Leek Building Society. In my experience they provide consistently excellent customer service and value for money. They have now fine tuned their online ISA product which I am using and that works really well. I would wholeheartedly recommend Leek to other borrowers or savers. Reviewed on: 19th January 2026

Keeping it local !

We like to support local businees and find Leek United suit our requirements. We nearly always use the head office as the Derby Street branch can be busy with lengthy queues, and we have to say the staff in Derby Street are not as nice one in particular who we try to avoid!
