Great account with good rewards

A great account which is easy to manage via a great little app. Good reward programme with instant sign up/ transfer rewards along with everyday rewards. Usual benefits including contactless debit cards, overdraft and upgrade options. Friendly branch and phone teams too. Committed to the high street.

In my town, we used to have 7 banks. Now we only have one. I moved banks because I became frustrated with the breakdown in communication when calling contact centres to discuss issues. Now I have a branch that I can go to when I have an issue and get it resolved there and then. Offers a fantastic range/ suite of products. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
