Great account with good rewards

A great account which is easy to manage via a great little app. Good reward programme with instant sign up/ transfer rewards along with everyday rewards. Usual benefits including contactless debit cards, overdraft and upgrade options. Friendly branch and phone teams too. Can't fault the bank

Always friendly staff and take ownership to resolve any issues that arise in an efficient manner. Hassle free product that comes with a number of perk options. I've been with a number of other big name bank brands but always return to Lloyds. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2023

A pleasant bank

I have had a current account with Lloyds since I was 19 & have always found it to be a good bank. I never have issues with my local branch & find Lloyds to be trustworthy! I have recently upgraded my account to a Club Lloyds which allows me to have 6 free cinema tickets per year & I can honestly say that is the only reason I decided to upgrade. I think the bank could offer more to its customers, the interest rates on the savings accounts aren’t great & the app is packed with so much information that it isn’t that easy to navigate.
