Helped with fraud

Always trying to sell me stuff

i hate my bank, everytime i go in they try to sell me stuff. They offered me a loan to pay off the last part of my finance as it would be a lower interest rate so i agreed i went in sat down for 45 minutes with them to be told i dont qualify!!! They've done it quite a few times. I stay with them as it's a hassle to move but they aren't a good bank. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Best of traditional and modern banking

This is a review of a Club Lloyds current account held at the Helston, Cornwall branch. In the branch you get traditional, competent service and you rarely have to wait long. The staff make a real point of being friendly and welcoming and don't take offence when I tell them that I don't want to use the new-fangled machine for paying in cheques and I don't want a financial review and I don't want their home insurance. I'm very happy with the Club Lloyds current account that pays a great interest rate and is accessible via a web-site that hardly ever goes down and I get access to the Club Lloyds monthly saver and they even send me a copy of Runners' World every month! Ok, but got worse since my Bank Manager left

Generally my experience is ok, but they haven't been overly helpful with my financial situation. Being ill, I have problems with paying back debt, but have not been offered any help. Apart from this, I am quite happy with the services they offer. Reviewed on: 8th January 2016

Lloyds are tolerant, understanding and acknowledge you as the customer.

Lloyds have been patient, understanding and they helped me manage my finances extremely well. In fact, they still do. When I had some issues with money, they helped me to set up a payment plan which meant that I could pay what I could afford without going through the usual motions that banks like to put people through when they're in debt e.g. high court order, repossession of items. Their customer experience is perfect and they tend to consider all aspects that you need them to. Overall, I highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 29th December 2015

A pleasant experience

Lloyds is a bank I have been a customer of for many years and recently I joined the club lloyds scheme. For a seemingly low payment of £5 a month I gained access to a number of benefits, both financial ones and a 'lifestyle benefit' - in my case 6 cinema tickets.
