Best of traditional and modern banking

This is a review of a Club Lloyds current account held at the Helston, Cornwall branch. In the branch you get traditional, competent service and you rarely have to wait long. The staff make a real point of being friendly and welcoming and don't take offence when I tell them that I don't want to use the new-fangled machine for paying in cheques and I don't want a financial review and I don't want their home insurance. I'm very happy with the Club Lloyds current account that pays a great interest rate and is accessible via a web-site that hardly ever goes down and I get access to the Club Lloyds monthly saver and they even send me a copy of Runners' World every month! Lloyds Bank is a trusted and helpful bank

Club Lloyds also offers club Advantage Savings Accounts with good rates of interest, albeit gross rates. They’re a well respected and long established bank and offer great supportive services. Very easy to bank online as well as in branches. Branch services were brilliant when I bought an expensive car and had to make the transaction in branch due to online transactions limit.
