Switch from Lloyds at all costs

Straightforward & transparent

Our former bank closed all current accounts so we were forced to look for another bank. Both of our older children have an under 19s current account with Lloyds and they have had no issues. Opening the accounts was straightforward, online banking is straightforward and levels of security are very good. Reviewed on: 9th February 2020

Genuine Solid Customer Service

I've been with Lloyds for over 20 years and have always had a really positive experience. Like all companies there have been times where things haven't been right, but they've dealt with these quickly and fairly and have never been adverse to removing charges or going the extra mile in terms of updating me re the situations progress. Overall, despite the financial incentives that are out there, i've never been close to considering moving to another group. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Transactions on the app could be clearer, calling them about anything is a nightmare always takes ages to get through. No major problems but not perfect. No real perks. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020
