Everything what you need from a bank

Great bank, had no issues so far.

Great banking service, been using it for years and haven't had any issues. Customer service has been great both in store and iver the phone. Reviewed on: 17th December 2018

Friendly staff.

Don't know if it is just the Prudhoe branch - but a really personal feel whenever I call in / do any transactions in branch. Reviewed on: 17th December 2018

They do the job

Ok but probably not the best bank

Not great terms for accidental overdraft. Not great interest rates. Plus is that there is still a branch on my high street. Reviewed on: 8th December 2018
