I've been a customer for a few years now and always had great service from Lloyds. I applied for a personal loan today and got a great rate of 2.9% with a soft credit search and the rate was guaranteed (unlike Santander who doubled my APR after my application - they reeled me in with a quote of 2.8%). I was approved instantly with Lloyds, and I had the money in my account within 1 minute. I'd highly recommend Lloyds Bank. Reviewed on: 28th April 2022
