Amazing staff and customer service

They have been amazing during the application process. Other CUs just wanted to deal with me online, connect to open banking, and would not let me explain anything. This union provided an appointment, explained the products and allowed me to submit a letter alongside my application to the board explaining I was about to start a job in some months and my income would significantly increase. They were very patient, even inviting me to come twice to finish the paperwork. Likewise, they always pick up the phone and reply to emails promptly. Honestly, what more can you ask? Poor interest rates, entered into salary deduction scheme but not informed that my deductions won't go into my savings account for a month so no access to money till a month later! Understand this is an issue between LCCU and my employer but this info needs to be made clear by both organisations.
