LV= offer three levels of home insurance cover: Essentials, Home and Home Plus.

Essentials is the most basic cover. LV= Home and Home Plus have additional cover with some optional extras included as standard including accidental damage and locks and keys replacement. You can get a quote for LV= home insurance online.

Best price, comprehensive cover, easy to set up my policy. So far no requirement to claim on insurance so less able to feed back on how this might go but no complaints from me, so far so good & long may that continue! Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Worst company ever - stay away!!!

I give one star because is no minus stars…the worst company ever….stay away. Had home insurance, lost a product abroad and they don’t what to help because I decided to stay longer abroad. Worst customer service, they take your money but they will try everything to rip you off and to avoid paying you back. Reviewed on: 15th August 2023

Straight forward insurance that doesn’t cost the earth, easy to set up online, LV information easy to read & understand. Unable to comment as to claims process which thankfully I have not had to use, long may this continue! My policy covers buildings & contents, I was able to adjust excess amounts which in turn impacted premium paid for cover, choice to opt in & out of extras as required too, this impacting total premium which is especially good at present when costs are sky rocketing & moneys tight. Bad for business

Instead of finding a reason to pay out a legitimate claim they will think up any reason NOT to pay!….using these guys is as good as throwing your money away! Credit Solution

I have been making regular payments on a loan that was opened in Oct 2022, but my lender did not report my account to the credit bureaus until Jan 2023. When this account popped up on my credit report, it showed that I had only made two payments even though I had not missed a single payment. I filed a dispute with the credit bureaus and contacted my lender to fix the problem on my credit report. They've been back and forth for months now with no signs of repair.
