I took out life insurance with LV and was very impressed with their team. They were thorough, took time to explain everything and their policies and monthly premium were transparent and easy to understand. Documents were clear and policy options very easy to cost and compare.

The process of creating my life assurance policy was quick and simple, I could amend benefits very easily to maximise benefits for my budget. Very high quality policy documents. No added extras and no upselling attempted. Reviewed on: 4th November 2015

The quote I had was the best I had found and it was all easily arranged in one phone call. They then sent out the paperwork for me to sign. I was a bit unsure about one question and phoned them for help and the man on the phone was really helpful and very polite. I have had nothing to do since it was set up and haven't received any junk mail from them since. Reviewed on: 9th August 2015
