Friendly local Building Society

Mansfield Building Society email me (as I agreed they can do) to notify me of their current products and interest rates. I choose the 2year ISA at an interest rate of 1.3%. Still not a brilliant rate but much better than the current market rate. I arranged to come into the branch and spoke to Louise who explained things very well and answered all my questions. Louise then left me to decide if I wanted to proceed or not. I did wish to proceed and she handled all the paperwork with speed and efficiency. Smashing local building society and smashing people. I went to open new fixed rate saver bond

I am not able to visit the office and my husband deals with my financial matters, and he was given every assistance to open the account. The whole transaction was completely trouble free. Reviewed on: 8th March 2022
