Confusion

I wanted to open an account in branch but was told could not. However adviser did so but I couldn't pay in that day. She rang me next day to go through T&C's and said that I could return to pay in the account. 3/4 days later she rang to ask why I hadn't paid in . I went straight to another branch and they said that there was a problem and that I couldn't pay in there at that time. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

It was all done so easily.

After a brief phone call to the Society all that I needed to apply for an account arrived very quickly through the post. The information required to open the account was straight forward and easy to understand. The lady I dealt with over the phone was knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. The account opened and the passbook with me in no time at all. Thanks Mansfield. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021
