Efficient service providing exactly the right product for me.

Our regular savings account had come to the end of the term and with no offer of a further account being offered I decided to look for a reasonably local Building Society who could offer such an account. The Mansfield fit my requirements exactly and offered a good rate. I contacted my local branch, discussed my requirements with a very pleasant staff member and received the application form the following day. Two days later calls were received from the Branch to discuss our understanding of the account and other compliance issues and were told the account would be opened and the passbooks issued by post. Local branch with face to face service

A happy smiling face greeted me in the Sutton branch. I was able to bring home a form & return it within hours. This was followed by a phone call to open the account and a passbook in the post. Good to be local in these troubled times! Reviewed on: 29th January 2021

Good, efficient response to ISA applications

Staff at Mansfield branch very helpful in clarifying application requirements and handling the returned forms so promptly. I liked the 'phone process of relaying calls to neighbouring branches at busy times so customers are left waiting or leaving messages. Reviewed on: 27th January 2021
