Good service over many years from helpful, friendly staff.

Tidying up our invested cash in our old age is the reason for closure rather than any dissatisfaction. The one little niggle I have was the prospect of having to pay £50 for the closure of 2 accounts by bank transfer, especially in current lockdown circumstances. Reviewed on: 18th January 2021

Difficult to open an account at MSB

I FOUND it difficult to open an account at MBS partly due to Covid 19. I had to either return home to fill in the application form or sit on a bench outside. I choose the latter as I live a fair distance away from the branch. Reviewed on: 7th December 2020
