Great customer service.

Great customer service. Whenever we visit the staff have always demonstrated first rate customer skills combining a friendly welcome with good service. Have visited two branches and experienced the same high standard. Reviewed on: 8th March 2025

Archaic savings procedures

Online Bonus Regular Saver requires signed closure letter. Get your signature a bit different and you’ll then need to provide certified ID. All done by post, withdrawal as a cheque. Stuck in the dark ages and much poorer than most other excellent small building societies, a shame really. Reviewed on: 11th December 2025

Fixed Rate Bond Renwal

Very efficient

Have opened a couple of accounts in the last year and everything was dealt with promptly and efficiently including the despatch of a paper application form for a postal only account. I have no printer. Reviewed on: 11th December 2025
