Like that there are no long waiting times to speak to someone on the phone, they have really helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff who are not reading from a script. Also they don't try and push customers to do things online if they feel more comfortable dealing with a person. Reviewed on: 16th December 2022

Trying to transfer a mature savings account but the instructions on the letter don’t tally with the website. Tried phoning and no-one available to speak to, they will ring back within 5 hours! Reviewed on: 15th December 2022
