My low marks are a decision to protest against your unhelpful rules on transfer of ISA funds. Even funds held in an ISA at MBS have to be drawn out to pay into another ISA product held at MBS. Isn't this not the point of holding ISAs as a tax free savings plan? Reviewed on: 30th April 2022
