Symptomatic of UK business ?

Phone calls to Melton BS, waste of time.!!! Uninformative pre-recorded guff followed by interminable 'lift music' followed inevitably by a robotic "we are busy and will get back to you within 5 hours". FIVE HOURS !! Melton Mobray BS. Shameful. Reviewed on: 12th December 2023

I have an online account which is due to mature and have spoken to Melton Building Society who can't help as it is an online account. I have left messages and still don't reply using the on line portal this is very poor. Reviewed on: 11th December 2023
