Good experience with staff. If you are applying online then everything should be online, e.g. password for logging in first time could have been available online, I had to phone and wait a long time and then told that the call cannot be answered. Reviewed on: 8th December 2023

Great interest rate on 2 year Fixed Savings Product

Really happy with new interest rate on maturity of my existing savings product with Melton BS. Found the website convenient to navigate. I had a couple of questions where I needed to speak over the phone. Line was answered very quickly and Georgia was able to explain to me patiently and concisely. Reviewed on: 7th December 2023

I phone (Oakham) branch at 9:15am and Chloe arranged an appointment for me same-day at the Stamford branch. I/we opened a new 2-year fixed rate bond. Paid in cheque. Product opened straightaway and I have my passbook. Reviewed on: 29th November 2023
