Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Very good service

Brilliant bank to do face to face business with.

So grateful for human contact and no self service

I love our metro bank . I Love that when I walk in I get greeted and I am always dealt with by staff face to face and I am never offered a self service machine as an alternative . I love that we can visit at extended hours . I love the coin facility and ability to get a cash float without having to book in advance . I love the little things - dog biscuits , pens , toilet .
