Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Convenient Banking for Business

Metro Bank seem to be the only bank with physical premises who make banking more convenient for me, they open longer each day and every day. We can use online banking but sometimes you need to physically go there, there is parking where we go, a drive through cashier etc, it's a world away from our previous bankers Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Best bank ever!

Having banked with Barclays and Halifax in the past, Metro are a breath of fresh air. Always able to phone, I've never really had to wait long to speak to someone and my account manager is fab!!
