Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Excellent Service all round

Excellent service extremely helpful and friendly people to deal with nothings to much trouble, and I can bank through my local post office if the need arises. In my personal opinion I rate them a 100%. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Responsive and Supportive

Far better than old legacy banks, go into a real branch, speak to a real person, or email and actually get an answer from a competent and authorised person, rather than being sent in circles to 6 other departments, none of whom can actually help. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Excellent Bank

I am able to speak to the branch manager whenever I have a problem. No wanting time on the phone. The staff are very polite and helpful. Very easy to operate their online banking. Finally wish I had opened my bank account earlier. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Top Class

I have had no issues with banking with Metro Bank for my Business accounts. Whenever, I have needed to make large payments or even international payments, talking to the advisor on the telephone has always been straight-forward and simple to make my payments through them. Simply great!!

I have been a business account customer for several years love the simplicity. I find banking online easier to use than other banks and if I have any issues, it is easy to speak to someone, rather than only being presented with a list of options that take you round in circles and still don't resolve your query! Being able to get a new card in branch is brilliant and I have had to use a couple of times - why can't other banks do it instead of having to wait for a week or more for it to arrive in the post?
