Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

A breath of fresh air after the unresponsiveness and bureaucracy of others

I am a charity finance director, we approached Metro Bank because our existing bankers were creating a threat to our charity. Their bureaucracy was so slow and complex that we were at risk of being unable to pay our staff, suppliers and to make grants to our delivery partners. Metro have been like a breath of fresh air, everything is easy, their people, whether the relationship manager or staff in branch are responsive. Only Bank That Supports Communities
