Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Great customer service

When looking to open business bank acc only Metro and one other band offered a ' human' customer service to discuss . Metro however was cheaper , instant incl cards plus its dog friendly and open all week. Reviewed on: 12th March 2021

Relationship Management

The business banking offering that Metro Bank provides is like no other. How refreshing that you have a relationship manager at your disposal with a personal contact number and email. Bloody Brilliant

No Hassle banking with my needs always at the forefront

Metro bank have been absolutely fantastic! I opened my business account 3 years ago as had waited 13 weeks with HSBC (who at the time I banked with) and still did not have an account! I called Metro bank in desperation as my business was due to open in 1 week and within 24 hours I had my account, printed cheque book and everything I needed to operate. Since then the service has NEVER failed to please. Everytime you call you are greeted on the end of the phone by a cheery, helpful member of the team who clearly enjoys working for this company. Online requests are dealth with promptly and efficiently. My business manager Grant Shergold is always there to help and offer advice with my business, advice I trust. I honestly think they fully deserve this award! My only negative point is that I do not have a local branch which I believe may be coming soon!! Well done team Metro! Reviewed on: 11th March 2021
