Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Modern banking

Business banking available when needed by businesses. Having a bank which is available when I have time away from the business. 9-5 Monday to Friday banking doesn't work for the 24/7 world we live and work in. I chose Metro Bank as my Business Banking provider because of their flexibility and easy access to all my banking needs. They are open longer than any other bank and provide banking services on Sunday! There is a range of products that suit businesses of any size and I would highly recommend them. Fast, reliable and secure

When I initially went to open my business account with metro bank. I was welcomed into the branch and had received all the information I was after. Not only did I open a a business account the day, I have also been approved for a current card with a very decent over draft limit which really helped me out at the beginning of my business. METRO GIVES GOOD SERVICE, OPENING HOURS ARE EXCELLENT, AND BEING ABLE TO CALL IN AND SORT OUT PROBLEMS AND TO BE ISSUED WITH A REPLACEMENT CARD ON THE SPOT, OTHERBANKS SHOULD LEARN FROM THIS, ALWAYS POLITE TO CUSTOMERS WHOEVER YOU SPEAK TO NO MATTER WHICH BRANCH YOU GO TO OR WHO YOU SPEAK TO ON THE TELEPHONE.
