Wonderful customer services

I always get the most wonderful service from the call team, the staff in the bank and the overall customer service from this bank. It is the only account I have now and use, the interest rates are competitive and it's just a much better bank that doesn't penalise you! That is why I felt compelled to write this review. The greatest customer experience journey from any company

I love Metro Bank. Everyone knows I love it, I always talk about it. I was having so much difficulty with another bank that I won't name, struggling to withdraw money or just see someone at the bank on a Saturday morning, queuing for hours just to be told that there was another issue with my account. The last time that happened, I crossed the street and walked into a Metro Bank branch and asked to open an account. Within 15 minutes I had a new card, all of my money transferred, my direct debits set up, and a cherry flavoured lollipop. Any time I need to go into the bank, they're open. Any time I lose my card? They'll print a new one straight away. The staff are so friendly in branch AND on the phone. I honestly would never switch banks again. Thank you Metro Bank Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

Excellent customer service, both over the phone and in branch

The best bank i have ever banked with, certainly in terms of customer service. When contacting them by phone you always get an answer in a couple of rings by a real person. In branch service is also excellent if you need to go in. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021
