Great staff

Excellent customer service

I’ve been with Metro bank since the year it opened up in the Edgware branch and I can honestly say it is the best bank I’ve ever been with and I’m with 4 different banks! I have never had an issue with metro bank, the customer service in all the branches I’ve been to is amazing. Everything goes smoothly, you can’t compare metro with another bank! Amazing customer experience

As a Metro Bank customer for over 4 years. I am always satisfied with the service they offer, whether its over the phone or in store I'm always left feeling I have a Bank I can trust. They always find the must suitable products for whatever needs or requirements you may have. Overall I and safely say Metro Bank is a Bank that put there customers first. This bank dug me out of a hole

When I returned to the UK in 2010 after 6 years abroad, I had a really bad credit rating caused by a reporting change. I was waiting for a cheque to clear with HSBC from HMRC and had no money to buy food for my three children. HSCB told me there was nothing they could do to help me. In tears, I walked into a Metrobank. Within 5 minutes, I'd been given £50 to buy food and had changed banks! I will NEVER forget the kindness shown to me at a very dark time. In addition, when my son came out as transgender, MetroBank did everything they could to change the policies to allow him to change his banking details. They literally bent over backwards to help. This bank is without a doubt, very special indeed and I'm very grateful for everything they have done for me and my family. The "No more stupid rules" they quote is true. Thank you, Metrobank!
