Can't Fault Metro

The opening times is what really impressed me with Metro Bank. What actually drew me in initially was the coin counting machine, it was so easy to cash in my penny jar; based on that alone I decided to move accounts. My bank at the time limited me to 10 money bags at a time and I was furious. The whole experience has been great, internet banking is easy and the staff are brilliant. Reviewed on: 8th March 2021

Excellent banking experience

Excellent opening hours; polite and courteous staff who always go out of their way to be helpful. Online banking works smoothly. Speedy responses to queries. I am a very happy customer and constantly recommend Metro Bank to friends and family. Reviewed on: 8th March 2021

Poor customer service

I recommended two people to Metro bank. As a 'thank you' I should have got £50 and they should gave got £50. Despite jumping through all the hoops to qualify, and repeated chasing, these payments have not been, paid over three months on. Reviewed on: 8th March 2021

Excellent bank

Fast customer service long opening hours

Fastest bank services , when i call customer services you don't have to wait too long before someone will answer overall of this this is the only bank opened 7 days per week. Reviewed on: 8th March 2021

Easy to set up & great customer service
