From the moment I first walked through the doors, I knew I would be a life- long customer. Mine was an experience that changed my perception of banks as drab hallways where you simply get on with your financial transactions. Indeed, I felt welcome at Metro, who wouldn’t? The inviting doors usher you into a well -decorated modern lounge that contrasts beautifully with the traditional exterior architecture. But the bank isn’t only about decor… it offers a well- rounded experience; the staff are warm, courteous and professional. They are also knowledgeable and very helpful with the several questions I field. More importantly, I receive the same treatment each time I visit. Consistency is certainly key; little wonder Metro Bank in a relatively short period has earned such a solid reputation as a major player in the UK banking sector. Straightforward Banking

My experience with Metro Bank

I always receive first class customer service as a continued customer of Metro Bank. Not only is the smart phone banking app easy to use and professional it means I don’t have to go to the bank to control my account. What impresses me the most is the smart safe security measures put in place that prevent me from being a victim of both hacking and theft the virtual controlled environment and the ability to have both a cash and debit card under one account help protect me as a customer. The branch itself is clean well designed well run and architectural a great place to conduct business and banking of any nature. They are quick to help and assist and always provide the best service that I have ever received in comparison with Barclays Halifax and Santander. As a continued customer I will always recommend Metro Bank on the basis of the service that I have and continue to receive. Metro bank is definitely not retro

While other banks follow the traditional way of dealing with in store customers, Metro bank has been able to find the problems of the past and solved them. Their banks open early and close late, they are open even on Sundays, opening a new account in minutes and above all name printed debit card instantly. You can have an account in a couple of hours, you can sort any of your banking problems within 20 minutes even card replacement therefore there is nothing to worry. As soon as you enter you will see friendly and helpful staff with warm welcome If you work weekdays no problem because Metro Banks are open every single day. I highly recommend my bank to anyone.
