Friendliest bank

I have been banking with metro for about 7 years now, and it has got to be one of the friendliest banks I have ever been to whilst maintaining professionalism. Any issue with my current account is sorted out immediately, i get a new card printed on the same day if I lose it and there always open which is convenient for me as a university student and a full time worker. Great banking experience every time

I also bank with Lloyds because i share a joint account with the wife. Whenever i visit a lloyds branch, you are lined up like cattle, customer service is next to zero and the branch looks like it has not left the 1990s in terms of look. You feel an austere vibe. I also bank with Metro and visiting a metro branch on the other hand is like not visiting a bank branch at all. You are seated on arrival. I was even asked if i wanted some coffee the other day. Staff are always polite. There is so much natural light in most branches. They are even open until late and even on Sundays. I hope the wife listens and moves the account to Metro. BEST SERVICED BANK

Ok in Harrow, they lack staff or may not have the best interest-related products unless you are pretty rich, however, they are open 7 days and longer hours than others. Their branches are more brighter than other banks, their staff are more helpful. Go into NatWest and you feel depressed. Thank you Regards Dinesh Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
