Excellent customer service

Account opening and handling

Did manage to open my current account immediately. Customer advisor was professional and knowledgeable. Got my debit card immediately after account creation. Easy to set up internet banking profile and try how it works at bank right after. Reviewed on: 28th December 2016

Like the instore experience

I made this account a while back all was pretty easy and the card was given to me the same day. Since i have only had a problem with entering my password online other then that it's been fine. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

not as good as i thought

i thought you were given a more personalized service but tried to open an account to transfer my other account over to and they were not as easy or quick or personal as I thought so have to reconsider my decision and go else where Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Amazing customer service with extended opening hours and friendly staff.

Metro bank offer extended opening hours including Sunday's! Making sporadic trips to the bank so much easier. They also had a free service changing coins into cash or paid into your account. An overall practical bank for busy working people. Reviewed on: 14th February 2016

A different style of banking!

Metro Bank's current account offers a few benefits including purchases and cash withdrawls free in Europe. It was originally worldwide but was sadly scaled back to Europe a few years ago! The banks branches are limited in number but opening hours are late and the bank if open 7 days a week which is really useful for those working during the day. Service on the phone and in branch is great. The online banking is a little underwhelming but functional none the less! Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
