Great bank!

I've tried a lot of banks and most of them left a bad taste in the mouth. With metrobank i feel more at home and safe with. Service is quick barring ling queues to th till. It's been a wonderful experience and being with the bank for 10 years, i think I'll stick around with them for another decade or so.. Good job altogether!! Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Fantastic bank even doggy welcome

This bank is amazing always a lovely helpful greeting ..grandies love saving up to use magic coin machine so they are saving to my daughter and my sister and an aunt and friend all moved across as I raved about them so much the kids get treats and lollies and even dog gets a treat and fussed over A happy family traditional yet future of banking modern spacious happy bank keep up the great work Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Great customer service

I only had to use the phone line a few times to contact customer service since I forgot my pin. They were really helpful and provided a solution straight away.
